- Sessions on integrating sex/gender analysis into research design.
- Annual events around 11F, 8M, Pride Month and Cultural Diversity Day.
Implementation
- Monitor representation across career stages and publish dashboards.
- Coordinate with UPO Equality Office, CSIC Women & Science Commission and SomMa EDI WG.
- Align centre procedures with CSIC and national equality plans.

Gender-neutral restroom now open
A new inclusive WC is located at the first floor, to provide safe access for everyone.
Breastfeeding and wellness room
A dedicated space for breast-feeding and/or wellness is available at CABD, located at the ground level.
