The CABD EDI Committee mission is to advance towards gender equality and inclusion across our centre, addressing barriers so everyone can thrive. We partner with UPO, CSIC and the SomMa network to align local action with national protocols.

  • Sessions on integrating sex/gender analysis into research design.
  • Annual events around 11F, 8M, Pride Month and Cultural Diversity Day.

  • Monitor representation across career stages and publish dashboards.
  • Coordinate with UPO Equality Office, CSIC Women & Science Commission and SomMa EDI WG.
  • Align centre procedures with CSIC and national equality plans.
